CESOD is home to over 20,000 square feet and has plenty of room for all.  There are 5 state of the art studios, which are perfect for rehearsals, auditions, photo and film shoots, birthday parties and special events. All five rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art sprung (or “floating”) floors. These floors, specifically designed for dancing, are known to reduce injury and fatigue to dancers and instructors. Large viewing windows look into each dance room from our spacious and organized lobby, allowing you to watch your dancer's progress weekly. The Studio is equipped with an on site dance shop that has personal care and professional staff, 2 drinking fountains, several restrooms, locker area, a dancers lounge that has stretch equipment, a homework station, a place to relax and a charging station.
