REGISTRATION FEE

Upon fall registration, a fee of $35 per dancer is due. Registration fees are non-refundable.

TUITION INSTALLMENTS

If desired, tuition installments will automatically be charged to a credit or debit card on the 1st of every month. Families will need to fill out a credit card authorization form in order to take advantage of this service.  A convenience fee will be applied.  Cash or check are also accepted forms of payment.

Tuition is calculated yearly and divided into 10 equal installments. Individual dancer tuition caps at $350 / month and family tuition caps at $650 / month. Declined transactions will result in a penalty fee of $35.

COSTUME PAYMENT

Every recital costume is $80-$95. The payment for the first recital costume is due on October 1st. Payments for the remaining costumes will be made to follow. Costume payments are non-refundable.

RECITAL FEE

On February 1st, a non-refundable recital fee (per dancer) is due (1-2 dances - $120, 3+ dances - $130).

2023-2024

COVID-19 POLICY

CESOD remains committed to protecting our dancers from COVID-19. Our instructors will continue to clean their rooms at the end of every evening and the studio will continue to be professionally sanitized every six weeks. Hand-sanitizing stations will also remain around the facility. In the case of infection, dancers will be allowed to attend a make-up class following their return. No refunds will be given due to COVID-19.

Dropping a Class / Withdrawing

All dancers have 30 days to ensure continuation with classes. If dancers drop classes after the 30-day window, 25% of the remaining yearly balance will be due at the end of the current month. If this fee is not paid in full, tuition installments will continue to be billed as normal. Please remember dancing at CESOD is a 10-month commitment from September to June. CESOD must be notified via writing if any classes need to be added/dropped or a student wishes to withdraw completely.

All classes are non-refundable.

If necessary, CESOD reserves the right to make schedule changes after the start of Fall classes.
